I am 18 years old and also a born again christian.I have many dreams and goals in life but what i really dont understand is no matter how many i pray for christ to put me in the right direction so that I can get myself a great career and then eventually have a wife and kids someday.Everywhere i look at school I see all of these teen parents running around acting like their is not a single person who loves them but they are wrong that baby they had does.But what gets me to wonder howscome the girls who dont have babies and see that I am going places in life and get attracted to that I mean I dont drink,I hate parties still a virgin and has never tried drugs some1 plz help.

You are so young, the right girl will come in time. Most 18 year old girls are very immuature and not looking to settle down and start a life with someone. Just keep going in the path that is right for you, and eventually you will find someone to share your life with.

If you are a born again Christian, then you shouldn’t even be asking this question. Born again Christians know that all things will happen in GOD’S OWN TIME…not ours.

Probably because you act like a loser. You may think you are going places but how are they suppose to know. Also, with the attitude you have blatantly made clear in this question not many women will be interested. You have to be a bit more assertive than this. Have you asked any women out? They are not going to wait around and come and tell you that they like you. Try to be a little more social. Be a bit more charismatic and charming. Do not be the kind of person that asks the Yahoo Answers community why you can’t get a date. There are obviously other factors that you have not listed which affect this.
a women will one day find you and love you for you, but at your age there is nothing wrong with going parties maybe you could go, you dont have to get involved with drugs to let yourself relax and have a good time. or isnt there any girls at church or college that you could ask out for dinner, maybe girls do like you but think you want a career and not a relationship.
Don’t you know…most girls that age love BAD BOYS!!!! I agree you have to ask girls out and be more social. Or try to find the quiet little butterfly in the Science club or whatever…there’s bound to be someone that will go out with you. And the teenage moms…their life is a lot harder than you think.
hey maybe it’s just not what God wants for you yet. You have to get yourself together first and then God will put you in the right direction/position where you’re ready to be with someone. Don’t rush things or you’re going to rush right into disaster. If you’re sure you’re really ready for love or date someone then pray to God and He’ll guide you…pray and don’t worry, let go and let God.
You are not available. You are not fun to be with, nor do you offer anything to the young ladies that would cause them to be interested in you. By your statements, you offer nothing to anyone.Where would you take a girl to on a date, church? Find a good christian girl and maybe you can pray all night. What I am trying to convey to you is that by your own statements, you are a real dim wit. Try going to a party, you don’t have to drink.And please, don’t ever let anyone talk you into using any type of drugs. Look into different clubs at school, or join some activities where you will come into contact with girls of good character to match yours. Umm yea… Your to nice sweety. And the praying thing doesnt always fly with girls. Im Catholic but I dont act like a good girl. Im not telling you to go out and do drugs and shit but maybe if you try going out to atleast one party and socialize you’ll meet somebody. Get some numbers. You seem really nice but sometimes too much nice isnt cool lol. And its ok that ur still virgin… =/ that might be the reason why your not to smooth with the girlies.
